The perfect tuning attitude...seriously. Although don't use it as an excuse to avoid tuning the obvious...Best keep your skills up to date...That way, you can be prepared for the phone and have a few 'instant' remedies...It makes you look good. (I was brought up on databases reading BOFH at the same time, Try reading about his duel with the DBA !)
