Starting forms in apps 11.5.5 Vision

I installed Apps 11.5.5 Demo (Vision) on Windows 2000 Server SP3, every thing went well and all the services started. I was able to start the applications and browse until I restarted the server, I can log into my personal home page as sysadmin, but when I try to launch the forms it hangs forever. All the services are started and the Java console is not showing any errors. I checked metalink with no luck any help would be appreciated.
