Why precisely do you want to do this ?

If the MVs are truly not interrelated, then it shouldn't really matter when the MVs are actually refreshed.

If the MVs are interrelated, then I would recommend having them refreshed together in the same refresh group to guarantee the consistency between the MVs. Oracle manages this for you automatically.
