My advice would be to kill four of the instances. Try oradim -delete -sid sid_name

If you can't do that for some reason set them from automatic to manual. Then take one of them and figure out what is going on. There is no reason they should be taking 1.5GB unless you have something in the initSID.ora telling them to.
