Well, I can recall on one occasion, I have to write a document.
My boss would not pass it even after five or six revisions. Then
I changed my font (Arial 10pt to Times New Roman 12 pt) *without*
changing any content and it was passed!
If we reduce the load of documents we produce in IT that no one will
read the cost of a project will go down. <G>
