To dual processor or not?

Hi all,



My friends site want to setup small (departmental) Oracle database with only
512MB of memory.  They are wondering whether they should add another
processor (P3 Tualatin based) on the server (dual proc capable).
Any idea whether adding another processor with such a limited memory will
benefit Oracle?
