As I've already said, as OS platform choose the one with most skilled technical staff in your organization. I do not know demands on your DWA, but DWAs are usually quite popular systems and load can be very high. Good unix root is must have if your system will work under big pressure. So use Solaris or AIX, both of them can do a good job as platform for database.
Choice of RDBMS from this list is very easy, Oracle is the only one of these, which can perform well in terms of stability, scalability and performance. You can also use DB2, but I do not think that is a good idea to use a database, which isn't already used in you company. Sizing of server depends on your future needs and is more dependent on workload than on database size.
