We'll just guess what the installation errors were, shall we?

How you expect any decent advice on the basis of this post, I have no idea, I'm afraid.

Try searching www.google.com for posts within the last two months containing the key words 'install on RH7' -there's been plenty of discussion about it (though for release 1), and the various Red Hat-specific workarounds needed. Assuming release 2 works like release 1 (a big assumption), that may help.

Failing that, it's time to get seriously specific about your problems and errors, including as much diagnostic information as possible.
