Thanks all for your help.

It's the customer's decision. From 10.7c to 11.5.x(4 or 5) from Sun to HP.

How about the following:
1. Install technology stack on HP box.
2. Create the database on the HP box (with all necessary tablespaces/datafiles).
3.export database from Sun box move .dmp file to HP box import into database on HP box
4. Run autoupgrade and patches
