Oh, yeah. Don't ever run the DBMS_UTILITY package that analyses all schemas
in the database; unless they fixed it or replaced it with something else, it
analyzes the schemas for SYS and SYSTEM, which Oracle tells you NEVER to do.
(If you accidentally have, use the DROP STATISTICS option.)
