Keep in mind that NCHAR and NVARCHAR exist in Oracle but are different from CHAR and VARCHAR2. And in Oracle you likely will not want to use CHAR for anything so those probably should be converted to VARCHAR2 too.

Also ... do not use LONG or LONG RAW as they are being dropped. Instead use CLOB and BLOB.
