Darn it,that
"download-west.oracle.com"
server has been on the blink or totally overloaded for the last 2
weeks!
Impossible to download whatsoever from it! Is there a mirror somewhere else that one can use?
About time it got fixed or replies were given to the OTN forums on this subject, Mr. Oracle! Boring, to say the least. And most definitely not nice.
