possibility of (No Data Loss AND No Data Divergence) <> possibility of (No Data Loss AND/OR No Data Divergence)

It's the fact that they're independent configuration options that was important, not that there was "a possibility" of configuring something which could have been read as being a single option.

A minor point, I agree.
