Apache server

I have installed 9iAs on W2k.
The service OracleIsuitesHttpServer is started. But my OracleOrahome90HTTPServer wich also marked 'automatic' is not working anymore.
Before installing 9iAS, with only database and apache http server installed i could reach the webpages from the manual thru the internet by specifying my own url.
Now this is no longer possible.
Do i have to do some configuration? Where?
