How to use Host command from PL/SQL in NT

The standard answer is to use an external procedure and create a .dll.
However is there a way to do the following. Save the Host
command(which is an FTP) to a .sql file. Execute the .sql file from a
procedure or some kind of stored PL/SQL.



I know that Oracle runs alot of .sql files when it creates the
database. Can I do the same thing?
