SYS is not the schema owner and the datadictionary is not filled with
statistics and the statistics is is calculated with compute statistics
and up to date.

Not sure if this is your problem, but
it could be that you're analyzing objects owned by the SYS schema.
Don't do this, since these objects are already optimized, and analyzing them might decrease performance. Received on Wed Feb 27 2002 - 04:10:12 CST
