ORA-00604 is an internal error. To be able to track it down you will need to go to metalink.oracle.com and do an advanced search. Unselect the forum and documentaion and just search the bug database first. Perform the search on the Oracle error and the first parameter value returned. It should look something like ORA-00604 [xxxxxx]. This usually works for me with the 00600 errors. If you get no hits then you next best bet is to open a tar report with Oracle support.

This is assuming that the error is repeatable.
