I was told to go to the oracle website and download one of oracle 8i or 9i. So
I just downloaded Oracle 8i Personal Database. Do I need to download something
else, like a server? Also, I tried leaving the hang at 100% for longer than 45
minutes, actually an hour and it still didn't fully install. It hangs at
'Copying comUS.com'.
