Autostart Oracle 8i on bootup

I installed Oracle 8i 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 Server.  Whenever I
restart the computer, I have to go into DBA studio to open the
database.  Can someone explain to me how to start the database
automatically when the system reboots?  Thanks.
