Try searching the http://www.informationweek.com/ site as I believe they had an article with this information in it recently.

It is my understanding Oracle has the largest total market share. DB2 is now available on UNIX and sells are growing more rapidly than Oracle; however, IBM is working from a very small base. Oracle actually seems to have a fairly large mainframe base, plus it runs under VMS, and NT as well as UNIX. MS-SQL server runs only on MS OS platforms though with as many Nt boxes as there are in the world they are probably a lot of copies in use.
