Reinstall

I am running Windows NT 4.0 with 2 hard drives, one for my OS and miscellaneous applications and the other for my development files. My first hard drive crashed, leaving me with an orphaned installation of Oracle Server. I have since replaced the defective drive and reinstalled the operating system and Oracle. I now need to recover the services and pointers to the databases from the existing installation. Does anybody know how to do this?
