Re: Queries slower in 8.1.7.0 than in 8.1.6.2

Oracle has admitted a performance issue in 8.1.7.0.

This is supposedly fixed from 8.1.7.2 but in our case we had to wait until 8.1.7.3.0 as 8.1.7.2.0 occasionally core dumped( another known bug).
