I suggest you just use Oracle export (exp) on the NT box, ftp the file (binary!) to the unix box, and run Oracle import (imp) on the latter. If you're looking at recent versions of TOAD, there are various flavours of 'export' - one uses Oracle export, others use text files. Useful sometimes, but not I think particularly so in this case.
