Cannot start Enterprise Manager 2.2

Hi, I´ve a couple of questions:

I´ve installed succesfully Oracle 8.1.7 and the Enterprise Manager (using emca utility) in a RedHat 7.2 box. But, when I try to start the Enterprise Manager, using the oemctrl utility, it hangs up and return an error such as

SIGSEGV 11. Oracle documents this bug, but doesn´t provide a solution!!!! Does anybody get the OEM working in this configuration?

And, how can I configure and start the OEM in Oracle 8.1.5 under RedHat 6.2? There´s no emca or oemctrl utilities in my $ORACLE_HOME/bin dir.
