Okay ... Now When PCTFREE is Changed It will Start Affecting all Blocks in the Table. So Let us say u have 10% PctFree for 20 Blocks and u Change that to 30% Then the effect is iimd in the sense all the blocks whose Free space is less than 30% is moved of the Freelist.

So There is no avenue to find what u need.
