Not necessarily complaining, but trying to decipher why both Sun AND Oracle docs state otherwise. I was hoping that you guys would have some info about only a certain patch level of this releases making this enforcement or something, as I have only the base level 8.1.5.

True. But it's rarely the case (never have I ever noticed it) that two different docs from two distinct companies on the same subject are both incorrect.
