Nope. DESC <packagename> usually shows you the works inside a package, and will even show you the various parameters and such like that the Oracle built-in ones accept -but as for seeing the actual code, forget it. They have all been 'wrapped' so that you precisely *can't* see the code and logic used... for obvious reasons: this is Oracle proprietary stuff we're talking about.
