Where is the 9i Documentation?

My doc tree for 8i was 245MB, wheras for 9i it is only 55MB.  I seem
to be missing the core documentation, but have the docs for all sorts
of tools and utilities.  I want things like the data type definitions,
etc.



I downloaded the 3 zip files (500MB, 560MB, 150MB ish), but there isnt
much doc on them.  Can I download the full set somehow?
