7.3.4 is desupported and not certified for win2k, because it was already desupported when win2k hit the market.
For sqlnet v2 basically the same applies: it might work, but then it might not.
It probably depends on whether your client is the last release, so has taken the winsocks 2 hurdle. (winsocks 2 is not 100 percent downwards compatible with winsocks 1, so Oracle was forced to patch 7.3.4)
