Hello and thanks for opening my problem.





Following Situation :





I  have updated my Oracle Database (Server) from 8.0.5  to 8.17.





Then I tried to connect from a 8.0.5. client - it goes. But my problem are
third-party Tools (in this case - Powerbuilder). I could connect with
Powerbuilder, but I cant execute statements.



( But I know, this should go - I saw it in other projects) .
