Not exactly correct!

In the early versions of Designer 2000 (circa version 1.x.x.), Developer 2000 was a subset of Designer 2000. But in today's incarnation of the products, Designer 6i and Developer 6i, are both standalone products that are sold separately and have separate installers.

Designer 6i includes maybe forms and reports *runtime* engine. But that's it. The OP clearly has a full version of Developer 6i and Designer 6i.
