We are not able to call the support, because we don't have the right
contract.
I find it mad to pay 1000-2000 Dollar for a visit from Oracle, because
I'm sure
that they won't find anything. (The error is not reproducable
manually).
I think at first rebuild the complete RB-System, and then start the
trace, but I still hope to hear the solution here.
