DELL SAN Solution on WNT 4.0 and W2K

Has anyone had any exprience using the DELL SAN Solution with 8.1.x/9i
on WNT/W2K.  How is the reliability? the Backup/Restore?  any caching
gotcha's?  other anomolies?



White papers are great for the purchasing types, but I like to know what
the "real" story is...
