W2k Pro Crashed-need to add OracleStartSID0 back into services

My OS Crashed (W2K Pro-lost boot sector and could not be repaired) and had to be reinstalled from scratch. I reloaded oracle from the CD. My service name shows up in Net8 Assistant. I got an ORA-12500 TNS: listener failed to start a dedicated server process.

I ran from the command line-> oradim80 -new -sid ORCL -intpwd PASSWORD -starttype auto -pfile initSID -maxusers 10

Now, the OracleService#### shows up but OracleStart### does not. Now I get a ORA-01034-Oracle not available.

In services all Oracle services will start except for OracleAgent80 - "could not start on local computer".

Please Help. Received on Thu Jul 26 2001 - 12:12:34 CDT
