You must install a linux version with glibc 2.2

With 128 Mb ram you need near 1gb free on /tmp and more than 600 Mb of swap. perhaps Oracle install don't crash !!!

With all my tests I thinks 256 Mb ram is more reasonable if you want to install succeed.
