It's ORACLE by default. It's in the manuals.

Download and install the doco. You got a choice between HTML and PDF, whatever suits your taste. Go through the install guide, the Concepts manual, the SQL manual, the PL/SQL manual, the administrator's guide.

Report back in 3 years! ;-)
