Thanks both Sybrand and graham for helping.



The "alter database mount exclusive..." is the trouble ofcourse! On
WinNt/8.0.5 an "oradim -new..." will not mount the database. Apparently on
Win2k/8i oradim -new with startmode auto will try to mount the database.
I ran with startmode manuel and everything works fine. (one controlfile is
ok)
