Hi,

to use the export files is a better way, instaed of using sqlldr. The export file contains not only the data, but also the structure of the schema, views, packages etc.

The export files are portable between Unix/Linux and even Win platforms. You have to distribute them via ftp in the binary mode.

You have also to make sure, that the oracle-server version is the same. I think
it is possible to import an older server's export file into an newer's one, but I'm not sure.
