If you have Perl and the DBI, see the free Perl module DDL::Oracle, available from the CPAN, and from:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/ddl-oracle/

It will reverse engineer the whole thing. Optionally, it will adjust object sizes to your standards or to an algorithm that comes with the tool.
