Make sure the init.ora doesn't try to bring online any rollback segments contained within the relevant datafile, get the thing to mount stage, offline drop the datafile, open the database, create new rollback tablespace, create new rollback segments, shutdown, edit init.ora to bring new rollback segments online, open.
