Solaris or NT on Dell PowerEdge 8450?

We will be installing Oracle817 on Dell PowerEdge 8450 Servers (32-bit)
and would like feedback on the OS.  Our choices are Solaris or NT.
Which is better?  Why?  Stability?  Support? etc.  Thanks for the help.
