While I've not had particularly good experience with Oracle support, I
find it interesting that in your post to this supposedy professional
forum you call them "crap", use the "F" word twice, have a signature
line that indicates a ready willingness to give people a pounding -- and
then accuse THEM of being rude. Perhaps you get what you give.
