ora-12560 only from TKPROF

 When I run TKPROF from my workstation, with the EXPLAIN option, it gets
an ora-12560, but any other tool (SQL-Plus, svrmgr, etc.) connects with
no error.



When I run TKPROF80 (with EXPLAIN) at the server hosting the database,
it gets an ora-12203, but again other tools connect with no problem.
