There are a hosts of online sites devoted to Oracle, some with excellent certification study materials. The Oracle site itself, including MetaLink and Technet, are good. We host a site with nearly 1,000 Oracle related questions in many of the areas covered by the certification exams at http://www.networkessentials.com/certified/ocp There are also braindumps. A good site with lots of links is www.orafans.com.
