Internal has no default password. Most people use "Oracle" but that is just a convention during the installation. On a UNIX box it is the password associated with the UNIX Oracle account.

If you connect to the box as Oracle (using the the UNIX account password) just type SVRMGRL to get into server manager followed by CONNECT INTERNAL.
