The Oracle export/import utility generates a dump (including objects definitions, privileges, data) that you can import into another database.

The Reverse/DDL engineer from KeepTool generates the complete DDL script of a database schema. It includes all objects definition, privileges (granted + received). Look at www.KeepTool.com
