Raid and ORACLE

I'd like to know if there are some recommendation when using ORACLE with RAID. I think to use RAID 1 for
TEMP
RBS
Redo log
Control file

and RAID 5 for
SYSTEM
DATA
INDEX We have two kinds of databases, OLTP, and read-only (infocentre in french)
