Hi

The OMS needs its repository database and the listener for it to be up and running first. This is almost certainly why it fails on boot of the server. You can set the service to be dependent on the other two, or set the service to manual startup. FWIW I run withh ALL my Oracle services on manual start - I do have scripts to start them, but I want to be able to check that everything is hunky dory in the event of a server failure. We don't run a 24/7 shop here
