Dear Oracle specialists,
I have a fresh NT (SP6a) Oracle8i (8.1.6) server.
When I boot the system, the OracleOraHome81ManagementServer service
doesn't start, so it's not possible for clients to connect to Oracle
management Server.
In the event viewer, I can see the message : "The service has
terminated abnormally. See the file D:\Oracle\Ora81\sysman\log\OMS.log
for details.".
But I can't find any OMS.log file at the specified location !!!
If I start manually the OracleOraHome81ManagementServer service from
the NT Control Panel, the service does start and everyting works fine.
Any idea ?
