How much physical memory does it have?

We have a similar setup and just spent today upgrading the server from 2GB to 3GB. Ever since we went live 2 weeks ago, the server has spent at least half its CPU time reading and writing to paging space. We've learned that Oracle8 is a serious memory hog.
